Having more than 15 years of experience in the industry, among others, during his career Mr. Neocleous was employed in various top managerial positions in the financial services sector as well as in the audit profession. He had the pleasure of working in managerial positions in an International Fund Administration Firm as well as in a large Multinational Company in the FMCG sector. He is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) for more than a decade and holds a UK University Bachelor of Sciences degree in Finance and Accounting.
Mr. Demos Demosthenous - Financial Services Director
During his 15 years in the industry, he was employed in managerial & directorship positions in the audit profession & financial services sector. Mr Demosthenous specialises in a variety of fields, such as the application and treatment of up to date International Financial Reporting Standards, dealing with large international conglomerates with complex consolidation and merger engagements that require conversion of local GAAP into IFRS, multi-currency reporting and translations, changes to Group structures and dealing with CySec regulated investment firms and fund structures . He is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), holds a Master of Sciences from the London School of Economics UK and a Degree from the University of Manchester, UK.

Mr Charles Kannavias holds the position of a Senior Financial Consultant within our company.
